We the People of the United States Request President Trump Invoke Insurrection Act to Take Back Our Republic
White House ^ | December 13,2020 | White House

Posted on 12/17/2020 10:53:29 AM PST by eastsider

We The People of The United States (WTPTUS), wish to announce that we are tired of being betrayed by our Governors, Mayors, Legislators, Judges, Attorney Generals who refuse to honor their Oaths of Office to uphold the Constitution and Represent their Constituents as they swore to do when they took office.

The loss of our Constitutional Rights (free speech) and the rampant election/voter fraud left unremedied by all legal channels, became the last straw, in a long train of abuses.

WTPTUS request that President Trump, our Duly Elected President, by an overwhelming majority of LEGAL Votes, invoke the Insurrection Act and all emergency powers available to him including the Military to take back control of Our Country and restore the Rule of Law our Constitution and our Republic.

I’m not trying to be a bearer of untrue news. . .but I did find it very interesting if true. Keep praying for God to unveil more evil in this country. The swamp is swampier than we thought.

........If Trump has information that Roberts has been responsive to foreign influence in any way whatsoever YES he should be arrested and likely will be in a Martial Law Condition.

I’m catching on to that. The Democrats have crap judges making decisions on elections. The Republicans have crap lawyers bringing cases before those judges. Hell of a way to run a country, where the legislatures surrenders to the judiciary.

He would be committing sedition, if he is just making it up.
I am not a lawyer....so...

I think it will be Joe Biden who enacts the insurrection act.

Guess who the insurgents will be.

There's not going to be martial law. The military will tell Trump to go pound sand.

Incredible, if true. He’d better have proof.

Yes, he better have proof, else Chief Justice Roberts will sue him for libel. If it is true, I don't consider it incredible. Given the Democrat Party Cabal's obvious massive nationwide Presidential election fraud, the SCOTUS would be yet another group that needs to be added to the lengthy, growing list of Democrat Party Cabal members.

"It’s attorneys general, not Attorney Generals."

It’s a petition by We the Deplorables! Such mistakes make petition more authentic.

Personally, I think that speaks to the end game as described in the great American Thinker piece.

............I think where members of the Surrender Caucus miss the boat is that there are a lot of moving parts here world wide that us mere mortals don’t know about so EVERYTHING is really going to depend on the answers to some of these things currently in motion that we indeed don’t know anything about.

The UPPER echelon of America’s Officer Corp did not know in 1860 that they would be fighting one of their own (Robert E. Lee) did they?

For sure, in the next few weeks, the chess players will be moving around the board 24/7 so today there are no ABSOLUTES !!

The ONLY answer now that everything is broken is the MILITARY unless one thinks the MILITARY would throw their saddle on the senile criminal Biden.

The original Insurrection Act of 1797 required the courts to approve of any action but the law has been changed in the last 10 years. The President pretty much has free reign now to act.

The Insurrection Act, has been restructured and retitled for the 21st century as "The Enforcement of the Laws to Restore Public Order Act” and codified in four sections of the US Code:

10 USC § 251, Federal Aid for State Governments

10 USC § 252, Use of Militia and Armed Forces to Enforce Federal Authority

10 USC § 253, Interference with State and Federal Law

10 USC § 254, Proclamation to Disperse

Of the four provisions, the most recent and the most powerful is 10 USC § 253, which was rewritten in 2006.

It reads in part ".... The President, by using the militia or the armed forces, or both, or by any other means, shall take such measures as he considers necessary to suppress, in a State, any insurrection, domestic violence, unlawful combination, or conspiracy, if it-

1. .... so hinders the execution of the laws of that State, and of the United States within the State, that any part or class of its people is deprived of a right, privilege, immunity, or protection named in the Constitution and secured by law, and the constituted authorities of that State are unable, fail, or refuse to protect that right, privilege, or immunity, or to give that protection;

or 2. .... opposes or obstructs the execution of the laws of the United States or impedes the course of justice under those laws."....

The authority is vested solely in the President. He does not need the invitation of state governors to intervene, nor does he need the approval of the Supreme Court. Older provisions of the Insurrection Act required either a governor or a judicial proceeding to authorize its use, but these limits were purposefully removed by Congress in § 253.

There is no time limit on the President’s activities. Older versions of the Insurrection Act limited the use of force to brief periods of time and then required legislative approval. Those limits, too, are also gone. The President is allowed to use any means that he (and again, he needs no one else) considers necessary. This includes using the armed forces (which enables him to bypass the Posse Comitatus Act) and using the militia which is detailed in 10 USC § 252 " Use of Militia and Armed Forces to Enforce Federal Authority."

The President’s ability to use force isn’t restricted to actual rebellion or insurgency. He can act against merely unlawful combinations and conspiracies. To be clear: If the President decides that a conspiracy has deprived people of a right and believes that authorities fail or refuse to protect the right, he can send in the troops.

In blunt terms, Congress has given the power to President Trump to proclaim:

“I, President Trump, have determined that a conspiracy has deprived 70 million Americans of their right to vote and that the other authorities are refusing to protect this right. I therefore order the suppression of this conspiracy by any means necessary.”

As long as the president has the military on his side, it looks like he can do this on his own without the courts, governors or the Congress. Remember, Trump has just fired the DOD secretary, Espy, since the election. He appointed a former Green Beret and special ops guy, Christopher Miller, to replace him for two months. Miller turned right around and changed the chain of command structure so that the Special Forces are now on the same level as the regular service troop and reports directly to him. Trump also appointed Kash Patel as Miller's chief of staff. Patel's expertise is following the money, which Trump will need to find out who was being paid to cheat and where the money came from.

I don't believe the military itself is against Trump, just the Obama generals at the top of the food chain. Putting Miller in there as the DOD head, has all troops, regular service and special ops reporting directly to him. The troops themselves love Trump, as witnessed by his reception at the Army/Navy football game. So I think Trump has the military behind him now.

So whatever Trump is planning, invoking the updated Insurrection Act or relying on his EO #31484 regarding Foreign Interference in our elections or a combination of both, he has something up his sleeve as his hole card. Trump hasn't played his last card yet.

But he is about to.

Actually the Democrats can invoke the insurrection act at any time since lawlessness is what they say it is. Since what is unconstitutional is what they say it is. Since hate and violence are what they say it is...
