To me this is a distraction from what actually took place, unless it's capable of triggering the election EO. In any given election, those three are going to be claimed to have interfered. But was the interference the interference, domestic and/or foreign that was the heart of the fraud that stole the election? I'm gonna guess no. Bad dem domestic actors who organized the fraud may have sought help and cover from/with foreign players, but this was an American fraud.
... which makes me hesitant to wish for a lot of attention on those countries, unless their actions are really tied to THE ballot fraud that matters.
So what now? Nothing? Do we need to let this news marinate in the minds of voters and eventually be absorbed into their blood stream? The Dems will say OK, so they interfered, so what. It didn’t change anything so lets move on.

Video is of CBS Catherine Herridge reporting on DNI Radcliff. She says that DNI Radcliff says that there was foreign election interference by China, Iran, and Russia in November of this year. He anticipates a public report of those findings in January. She specifically says “public report”.
JMO, but I expect that the classified version of the report will be completed within the next few days. It might be a little delayed due to the SolarWinds hacking.

Oh? Biden and Harris cheated? Well, I suppose you could try to impeach them both (won’t work) and maybe the Speaker of the House can be president instead (Pelosi).
I am not aware of a simple mechanism to “de-certify” the votes. If the DNI report comes out too late, then the horse has left the stable. Trump can fall back on some extraordinary measures, but it won’t be pretty.

the “public” report will be out in January. I am sure that he will not miss his Dec 18 mandated deadline to report the “non-public” findings to the President.

As of tomorrow (12/18/20), the CIA, et al. will have blatantly disregarded Trump’s EO of 9/12/18 requiring a full report of election interference in the 2020 election...
Trump should immediately fire Gina Haspel, Chris Wray, and any other Intelligence head who has not fully complied with this critical EO...
Trump should demand airtime from all Media to address the nation and announce firings, arrests, and plans going forward...
Having more than adequate information showing that his election win was stolen, he MUST, for the sake of the Republic, take extreme steps to save our nation from this foreign and domestic criminal scheme...
