To me this is a distraction from what actually took place, unless it's capable of triggering the election EO. In any given election, those three are going to be claimed to have interfered. But was the interference the interference, domestic and/or foreign that was the heart of the fraud that stole the election? I'm gonna guess no. Bad dem domestic actors who organized the fraud may have sought help and cover from/with foreign players, but this was an American fraud.

That is why I mentioned the over billion dollars of campaign cash that flowed in illegally through a pre-paid debit scheme the democrats used. The fraud and Biden campaign had to be financed. I think they are connected and separate both.
What you might miss is that the “domestic” criminals are working for China. It’s all one thing.
