If The Constitution Can Be Ignored By The Supreme Court, January 20th Has No Significance and Can Be Ignored As Well

By refusing to hear the Texas case against allowing Pennsylvania, Michigan, Wisconsin, and Georgia to ignore the Constitutional requirement that only state legislatures control federal election laws, the supreme court (I used lower case intentionally) has ruled the Constitution dead and meaningless as it pertains to elections. This means that none of us has to respect the intended meaning of "January 2oth". The court says there is no longer a need to assume that law exist in this country or whatever it is without a government interested in anything other than enslaving us.

I would like to suggest to President Trump that he is our current leader and that there are no longer any legal restrictions on how long he can stay in power. The supreme court says so.

I was getting worried. It was almost an hour since the last vanity.

Well, there is a problem with your reasoning, in my humble opinion. Communists-Rats are not bound by any law. We, however, are held to a very strict and beyond standard of being required to adhere to every law, dot every i, and cross every t both in letter and spirit as well as the leftists imagination.

If it can be ignored by SC then it will be ignored by citizens who now will ignore other peoples rights

“If the Government become a lawbreaker, it breeds contempt for law; int invites every man to become a law unto himself; it invites anarchy.”

Sure. Why not? If the Constitution is merely a suggestion then why bother obeying any part of it?

Yep.

Is some old lady in a black robe going to run you down and beat you up?

Bad people have to have good men do the dirty work.

The good men can just ignore them.

I am sure Pres. Trump has a LEGAL recourse to null a fraudulent election and still keep the integrity of the Constitution.

This perception of sanctioned lawlessness is going to snowball in ways no one has ever considered.
You started it, Judge Roberts, for your own personal reasons.

True and it will only beget more lawbreaking from those in government who cannot reign themselves in. The Left that, if this fraudulent election is allowed to stand, will go completely overboard with the severest consequences being to themselves.

*putting on my fire suit* Before you ask, the answer is “yes, I am.”

The SCOTUS Texas decision was right and in full accordance with legal principles. I know you don’t like the decision and are pissed but you are also neglecting to see the big picture.

There is a PROPER case pending in front of the SCOTUS. It is Docket #20-542. Look it up. It was filed long before election day 2020 and is very much alive and well. And importantly it has the PROPER Plaintiffs named. Pretty much a slam dunk that constitutional rights were violated by executive and judicial action, and that will leave only the question of what remedy they should apply.

Anarchy? Or simply invoking the 2nd amendment as a bulwark against tyranny...

Hmm, so I looked it up, the latest status is:

Dec 16 2020 DISTRIBUTED for Conference of 1/8/2021.

So it looks to me like they aren’t even going to bother to hear the case until after January 6th. Doesn’t inspire confidence that the court is planning on doing anything other than dismissing this case too.

The Trump states should just ignore the Constitution (SCOTUS deemed irrelevant, not applicable anymore) and send in 500 elector votes each for Trump.

Makes sense. If two of the branches of government can ignore the constitution and our laws, the red states should be able to as well.

It is interesting. If some laws don’t matter, all laws don’t matter.

Turnabout is fair play folks.

Our mantra.

1. Biden/Harris is illegitimate.
2. Biden/Harris are crooks.

Have at it. And no, to the leftists, we don’t want to make peace and civility You can’t crap all over a duly elected president and then expect fairness when your guy is in office.

Lets be brutal and pull no punches.
