Season 5 of The Expanse has started on Prime. New episodes released on Wednesday. Three episodes are released as of this posting. The quality of the sets, the camera work and the special effects is/are outstanding.

That Episode 3 with the lesbo crap
Not to horn in on your thread, but I’m going to horn in on your thread and put in a recommendation for The Queen’s Gambit, a 7 part series on Netflix. I thought it was really good, compelling, nostalgic, and very loosely based on a true story. The music was good and they did a pretty good job of capturing 50s-60s “look”.

When I checked last evening, they only had 3 episodes online.
AP is a bad about adding new episodes over weeks. Netflix usually has all episodes up at the same time.
AP is also bad about not having all seasons of some older TV shows. Or requiring additional subscriptions for later seasons.
Hate to break your heart but...Drummer went lesbo with another female crewmate. (So much for my S&M fantasies with her.)
I was really surprised at the language though. That was too much for me.
Amos is actually Timmy the male prostitute who murdered the real Amos and made his escape out of the Baltimore hell hole and into space - nothing changes in the future: the Baltimore of today is the same tomorrow.
Watched the first episode while eating lunch this afternoon. A great as usual.
Love this along with ST Discovery and the Mandelorian. All great shows. Now just need the Walking Dead to return.
I hear ya. Just about every show has to have a gay subplot. It’s really tiring.
It’s like in your face stuff. Okay, we get it, their a part of our society but why continually seeking acceptance. They, gays, would be better served by just living their lives the way they desire and not always showing us why it should be acceptable. I’m no homophobe, but enough is enough. sheesh!
Reminds me of the latest NCIS episodes (sorry to switch shows) - they’re pushing the Tammy gayness acceptance crap.
One thing I laughed about was the UN Leader’s voice. I remember the first time I heard her on a later season of 24 - Muslim family hiding in US. Jack Bauer interrogating her.
Every time I hear her gravel voice I’m thinking “Lady, put down the smokes already”. Speaking of language - every episode she’s in in the previous Expanse seasons she curses F-bombs like Hitlery Clinton.
Me too. They threw him under the bus immediately after some mild accusation. Think he’s fighting it, but heard he’s off the show and character will be played by a different actor final season.
Well, I watched episode 1 of season 5 last night before going to bed, and he’s still there.
I’ll miss Ashford, though.
