Hernandez’s family members were surprised by the news of his death saying that they had never known him to act in this manner.
That’s a shame. I heard that he was turning his life around.

So, he died of Covid then.
As he broke into the home, the window of opportunity for him to turn around his life was closing rapidly.
The perp’s family is probably already in touch with an attorney (or vice versa) and I bet they will sue. I will say there is better than 50/50 odds that the homeowner’s insurance company will agree to a settlement (provided the homeowner has insurance).
