I agree to a point but for many of us we have no other choice. Most stores have been closed due to government abuse and those that remain open have been deputized to enforce the rules. They don’t have a choice about it. So we have no option to go to stores where we can breathe freely and not wear the dehumanizing face coverings.

This isn’t simply a private enterprise operating their business as they see fit.
This so-called ‘pandemic’ is the catalyst in the planned takedown of the world economy to ultimately control, totally, the population.
We know masks not only do not work, they are quite harmful; oxygen deprivation, and the bacteria that returns to the mouth and lungs are causing gum disease and bacterial pneumonia.
This on top of being insulting and dehumanizing.
Mandatory mask wearing will turn into mandatory vaccinations, which will result in a computer chipped, DNA-altered population devoid of love, joy, hope, and likely the will to live.
Looking back, we all should have stood up on our hind legs (so to speak) when it didn’t stop after we ‘flattened the curve’.
Problem is, everyone is either under some kind of delusional spell, or they fear the wrath of the state if they do not comply. That is why he cannot simply take his business elsewhere (going online to amazon or walmart feeds the beast in other ways so that only exacerbates the problem).

Seems to me that the proprietors - in both cases - are denying commerce based on how you look.
The fact that one case has been previously adjudicated while the other case has not yet been considered legally seems beside the point.
And if the state mandates your extra rooms are needed to house indigents?
