I agree with you, if Costco was the only place enforcing the wearing of masks, but they aren't in these places.

Around these parts a mask is required ANYWHERE you go. And they will order you to pull it up over your nose and they don’t care when you tell them you have a doctor’s note for an exception to wear under the nose due to medical reason. I need to leave this God forsaken state as soon as we can manage it.
