A pro football game on a Wednesday afternoon is rare. Advertisers getting a pricing discount for NFL games is also usually unheard of.
But it’s happening.
TV networks are feeling the strains of disappointing NFL ratings, as they are forced to restructure deals with advertisers to make up for the smaller audience, and their opportunity to make money off remaining games during the lucrative holiday season narrows.

One of the main reasons I stopped watching TV years ago was the freakin’ commercials.
Sorry, I don’t need “edgy” in my living room for 5 minutes at a time every 10 minutes.
My DVR makes ads go away!
I don’t watch sports since they all “woke,” but I NEVER watch live TV - DVR everything and watch at my leisure & don’t watch the ads.
OMG! What will this do to the salary cap?
I am boycotting the NFL and other sports who support the BLM.

DVR, one of the great inventions of the 20th century. Think how many tvs it saved from destruction and how many psychotic breakdowns were avoided.
Occasionally, I get stuck watching a live show and wonder how did I ever put up with this crap.
Wait till they see the NBA numbers in 2021
Is that Joel Osteen?
……..yawn
The NFL.....

Run by... Randy...ROGER...GOODyear.
NO THANKS. NOT interested.
Wokeconomics works like a well oiled machine for our side when we say hell no to the NFL, MLB and NBA!
