Incidentally, it is de rigeur to kvetch that SNL used to be funnier “back when,” but Phil Hartman and Kevin Nealon would followed up the premise for a skit with jokes within jokes. This is just lame.

Back about 1978 we visited with friends in town that owned an electric television and that SNL picture show came on.

There was a woman on the picture show that just wasn't very funny. I wonder if she still plays on that picture show.

Timothee was given a starring role in a Woody Allen movie; A Rainy Day In New York. It was completed in 2018, released in 2019. At that time many actors were following Ronan Farrow’s demand that they refuse to work with Woody, due to a long lasting family feud. Timothee publicly denounced Woody, some say in an attempt to win an Oscar for his other movie “Call Me By Your Name”. Ultimately, he did not win an Oscar that year anyway.
