There is a long history of tyrants using emergencies to justify the long term removal of people’s rights. Former Chicago Mayor Rahm Emmanuel said that one should never let an emergency go to waste. Inspired by the actions of past dictators and the words of Rahm Emmanuel, politicians around the world have stripped people of their rights and freedoms based on the Coronavirus. The Coronavirus is the Reichstag fire and the Roman fire wrapped together. I have no reason to suspect that the removal of people’s rights due to the Coronavirus will be short term and I have every reason to suspect that people will wind up deprived of their freedoms for many years to come.

As I have pointed zillions of times that the declaration has given unconstitutional undelegated enumerated powers not only to federal rouge agencies such as the CDC/FDA but also local county/state governments that allows fiat tyrannyial decrees that all but nullifies the Constitution/bill of rights the very rule of law. Trump should have rescinded as far back as mid may but he didn’t until he does this nightmare continues as well as made worse by the likes of sleepy Joe and his ilk.

I agree....now that a vaccine is approved and released (one of the many times they moved the football), Trump needs to lift the emergency order. That would actually take a lot of powers away from those governors, and I’m surprised he hasn’t done it or even talked about it by now.
