Tonight I filed an amicus brief in US Supreme Court in support of the State of Texas.
11/3 election in GA & other states was unlawful & unconstitutional.
Let justice be done.
The Texas lawsuit is not a show. And it will not placate the Trump supporters if it doesn’t work.
Deep state is taking the Texas lawsuit very seriously.
They are trying to discredit the Texas AG who filed it by bringing fake charges against him, including threats of a FBI subpoena against the AG. Also condemnation of the AG by Rino Senator Lee. And counter briefs by blue state AGs.

Take your bottle and go sit in the corner, Debbie Cowner n00b. You just might be surprised by the FACTS that Trump’s lawyer exposes at the SCOTUS.
I’m a lawyer who passed the bar over a quarter of a century ago, and for over a dozen years, my practice has been almost exclusively in Federal courts.
You will see, within the next week, that the TX lawsuit in SCOTUS is a show. Of that, I am sure. Of Whether it will placate PDJT supporters, I am not.
RINO-controlled PA legislature passed universal mail-in ballots in 2019, a year BEFORE Covid19. And nobody challenged it in court. Why?
Why did nobody challenge or investigate the purchase of the Dominion voting machines?
PDJT is just one man, and DC is a leviathan. PDJT had to be eliminated. So he was lead down to an election he was destined to lose. Challenging the election in courts is just for show. To my knowledge, it has never been done successfully before. For sure, never in my lifetime.
But the RINOs will “support the lawsuit.” IF we were not so emotionally attached to PDJT, we would see what a farce it is. It is almost as if every lawyer who has Fed court eFiling privileges is piling in, filing an amicus brief, putting on a show. And when it all fails, the RINOs will admonish us to respect the SCOTUS. It is, after all the highest court in the land.
And on that last issue, they are 100% correct. I will respect the SCOTUS decision, because this mess is not the SCOTUS’ fault.
It should have never gotten to this.
PDJT was lied to and mislead.
He intuitively saw the fraud danger in mail-in ballots. Yet, his analysts did not advise him to use political pressure to stop these bills from being passed, or to challenge them once they were.
McConnell sat on multiple election security bills, and never even allowed a DEBATE on one.
I mean, how hard is it to have a Federal database of all eligible voters, and then use some sticks and carrots to encourage all states to sync their voter rolls against that database? This simple solution allows states to run elections (as mandated by the Constitution) while simultaneously having the voter rolls verified by the Federal government.
This is the first Presidential election the RNC could contest election fraud in 35+ years. Which is insanity, but there it is. Republicans don’t know how to contest election fraud, as they weren’t allowed to. Those abilities atrophied.

The SCOTUS can focus very easily on the main argument. And that’s a great chance this case will be heard by SCOTUS.
Is this the same Lin Wood encouraging Republican voters to sit out the Senate election in January? What's up with that? Disinfo campaign or trying to make the candidates toe the Trump line? - Strange.

The RINOs are not supporting the lawsuit. Not sure whose show you think it it, but it is not the RINOS’ show.
I said a quarter of a century. Not a half a century.
And, Bush v Gore did NOT overturn the election. In Bush v. Gore, SCOTUS ordered Florida to STOP the count, and revert back to status quo ante, which had been a Bush victory.
Also, in Bush v Gore, SCOTUS did not exercise original jurisdiction, and did NOT take new evidence. It just ruled on an emergency appeal.
This frivolous lawsuit is asking for SCOTUS to exercise original (not appellate) jurisdiction. In doing so, it is turning the highest court of the land into a trial court, forcing it to go through thousands of pages of evidence - declarations and exhibits.
Shoot the messenger all you want. But when my predictions pan out, remember this next sentence:
EVERY SINGLE person, party, or entity that signed on in favor of Texas KNOWS the lawsuit is frivolous. Every SINGLE ONE is playing us. They are our enemies.
