Tonight I filed an amicus brief in US Supreme Court in support of the State of Texas.
11/3 election in GA & other states was unlawful & unconstitutional.
Let justice be done.
I sorta like this Lin Wood guy...
A nerve has been struck.
Me, too.
I sorta like this Lin Wood guy...
Welcome to the party, pal.
;-)
A true patriot, and a great Georgian !
Don’t shoot the messenger, but I think SCOTUS will disappoint us. We got our hopes up without good reason.
First, the lawsuit is weak. I don’t want to go into the substance of it now, because I don’t want the whole world to know my critique.
Second, it looks like everybody and their brother is filing amicus briefs or joining in. Consequently, SCOTUS will now have to pore through thousands of pages of briefs and declarations, etc. This is getting out of hand. Before even considering the merits of the case, the justices can readily see that the flurry of amicus filings and joinders is political theatre.
I think the patriotic majority, the PDJT supporters, are being played by people who covet our commitment to PDJT and what he stands for. And they hope to derail our energy for their own political benefit.
If the deep state and RINOs truly wanted a PDJT second term, they would have enacted robust election security BEFORE the election. They would have challenged PA’s universal mail-in ballot law BEFORE the election. They would have investigated Dominion BEFORE the election.
Bump
I’m a fan of him, too....
“If the deep state and RINOs truly wanted a PDJT second term”
They don’t. And they won’t.
Who every thought they did? They hate Trump.
But the suit filed by AG Paxton is spot on. And there is strong support elsewhere.
Could be wrong, but I don’t see deep staters putting momentum behind the Texas lawsuit. Also, not at all surprising that the RINOs didn’t work for fair election rules before the election. They don’t want Trump to have a second term....
All we are demanding is a fair election. But to be denied that, America will fall in several ways.
It makes sense, Wood’s lawsuit on 11/13 was the about same thing Texas is suing over:

Can we all file one?
Nobody wants PDJT to enjoy a second term. MSM, Rats, deep state: goes without saying. But also politicians ... except maybe Republicans fist elected in 2018. Other than that? Nobody. Wall Street, corporate boards, the trial lawyers, basically all special interest groups.
All other politicians eventually bend to the seductions and incentives of political power and the corruption it inescapably brings with it.
DJT? Forget about it!
He’s brash. He has no sacred cows. To him, bribes hold no sway. Attempts at blackmail have failed miserably. He just won’t let business be as it was. And his brain cuts right through decades-old intellectual cobweb. He is attacking the very foundation of globalism, and its twin progeny, predatory trade and the myth of cultural equality.
Do you see why he had to go?
This lawsuit is a show, to placate us. We are being played. SCOTUS will reject the TX lawsuit.
Sorry ... I’m a tad bitter. Just finished a glass of scotch.
First, why is the lawsuit weak? Why did they not lead with their strongest claims? Second, why depend on the RINOs to fight for Trump? What kept Trump’s team from preemptively filing lawsuits or legal challenges sooner, since that is what you imply below should have been done?
