I believe that the Pennsylvania case was denied for immediate relief but otherwise allowed to continue? Lin Woods case is docketed. Sidney’s case I think has been filed.

Texas demonstrated to everyone how many states are pissed at the fraud in these four states

Not certain if the state legislatures can still act to choose or NOT choose electors after 12/8.

anyone know?

“Reminder to the Republican state legislatures, you have the final say over the choosing of electors, not any board of elections, secretary of state, governor, or even court. You have the final say — Article II of the federal Constitution. So, get ready to do your constitutional duty,” conservative radio and television show host Mark Levin posted to his Facebook page on Nov. 5.”

12/8 is just the safe harbor date. Legislatures can still act.

Was just listening to Levin. He said the Supreme Court may have just cut their own throat here. With no hearing of the evidence of fraud, that means no relief from the fraud in Georgia, and if that means the Senate seats both go demmo, there would be a 50-50 tie with Kamela the deciding vote, and THAT means SCOTUS can look forward to 17 new colleagues as soon as they can shove them through. Slit their own throats in order to pretend to be above the fray.

State legislatures can choose electors up to when the Electoral College meets (I understand) and even afterwards the slate can be recalled. I heard that one state (can't remember which one in all of this) has chosen more than one group of electors... I do not know how that might work out. 😯
