My thought is if China was going to try to invade and take over the USA, they would have done it before POTUS rebuilt our military.

It’s starting to look like they were taking over from within. Why use military might and make a mess of the landscape you covet when you can infiltrate and get what you want peacefully?
I don’t think they anticipated the level of pushback from the magnificent President Trump. No doubt, China’s traitorous allies from within assured them it could be done without much of a fight.
She’s involved in a lot, so I don’t know why the demonrats would want to draw attention to her possible knowledge of Biden’s corruption by getting rid of him for being corrupt.
And I don’t think they would get rid of her also and install Michele and Hillary, as some have theorized, because that is just too suspicious and a bridge too far for the 40% of Biden voters (if you include the indies) who actually have a functioning brain and principles.
I had considered that DS elements opened an investigation into Hunter so that it could be shut down later under what they believe will be a Biden presidency and a Biden Justice Dept., which could go after members of Trump’s Justice Dept. for malicious prosecution. But that would only make some bonafide Demoncrats who are not actually demonrats wonder if there just might not be something to the corruption allegations against Biden.
Of course, the DS is stupid. But I don’t think they are this stupid.
Of course, the public is stupid too, and the demonrats count on this. Bu I don’t think enough of the public is stupid enough to give Biden a pass on shutting down an investigation against him.
I take the Occam’s razor approach: Barr appointed Durham special prosecutor so that he can actually prosecute and he is going to be crossing the Delaware River or Delaware Bay within the 12 Days of Christmas, or at least by the Feast of the Epiphany. But so much is going to be happening over the next 6 weeks that the Feast of the Epiphany is going to have its own occurrences.
Historically China only seeks to openly control the “barbarian nations” (Their view!) that are on their borders -example Tibet, Mongolia, etc. They seek “hegemony” over others, control indirectly through bribery, trade, cultural influence, economic exploitation (a form of economic colonialism !). We are in the initial stages of “hegemony”.

I don’t know about that (I’m a software / tech guy in professional life lol) but my take was:
1) I think the premise of the Texas lawsuit being that the defendant states violated their own laws, statues and state constitution(s) during the election is solid ground and what was affirmed 9-0 in 2000 Bush v. Gore ... it was always my thinking that any successful contest of the election at the SCOTUS level might (should!) incorporate such arguments.
2) I think that Texas did have standing and that the SCOTUS was obligated to at least hear the case arising from original jurisdiction ... but as long as Cuck Roberts is there nothing is going to happen.
3) When I first heard about this “re-tooling TX style lawsuit” I thought what was being referred to was in regards to the violation of state laws + constitutions, etc., but what Rudy is alluding to is the issue of standing, which, albeit on front end or back side (laches) all these state courts + federal judges have been dismissing under (though wrong IMO an easy + quick way out)
I think what’s being referred to now is actually a combination of these things - being that the road to the SCOTUS requires demonstrating that the subject states are violating their own laws, statutes & constitution(s) and that the challenger has indisputable standing. NOTE in the TX case they were able to avoid this consideration by first dismissing TX as having no standing and then all the rest (including Trump’s) as being “moot”.
I’ve watched these hearings + actions etc. and see there has been a strategic alignment of actions toward this objective. The Sidney Powell & Lin Wood + Sean (PA Congressman) actions have merit but they are being dealt with as sideshows by the Court(s).
I’ve also believed that if you can get to a point where + when the SCOTUS actually has to hear something, then the burden for Cuck Roberts to push the other way to maintain whatever integrity is left in the Court(s) shifts ... i.e. but it depends on the merits of the case(s).
NOW as for the 2% posts above, the role of Dominion + Scytl & Clarity in these things continues to intrigue me and my own professional career including specific experience in that exact space, even directly competing with Scytl now some years back, is that there is clearly an appearance that things were rigged internally. HOWEVER we need to see the insides and proof and those things are only really going to come from the “sting” aspects of these things. Either POTUS + “Q” and the white hats indeed have it all or they don’t ... if they do, and that’s my perpetually reinforced belief + assumption, then these things are going to explode on the battlefield & nothing can stop what’s coming ... nothing!

I really don’t either, in fact that was the point I was trying to make to someone else. I guess I didn’t make it clear.
The fact that the investigation is now known instead of being hidden is kind of an indicator that the agency derps must think POTUS is going to have a second term.
But who knows, I have trouble thinking like a derp.
