How does CNN allow this? Clearly he does not like the President and the voters who supported the President. But they are going into court and using the laws and the constitution, they are raising a argument and submitting themselves to the jurisdiction of the court - how is this in any way a threat to democracy? An “officer of the court” who does not understand how the laws and the constitution work?

I honestly was convinced the Courts weren’t going to do anything. This case is different, with original jurisdiction and multiple states disgusting the election, they have to do something. If they don’t, then I don’t see how the United States recovers from this legitimacy crisis.
