Thank goodness. The fact it took this long is alarming.

That was not the reason to dismiss it. I’ll take the win, though.

The pardon includes any more crap concerning the original matter.
So there's that.

What a Jackass. He never had any leverage after the POTUS pardon anyway and he knew it. A little man just trying to be relevant. Life has a way of catching up to people like this.

MAYBE Sullivan believes that the Supreme Court case brought by Texas about election procedures in GA, MI, PA, and WI on the grounds that they violate the Constitution today will succeed?
God Bless Texas!
To: reagandemocrat
If we lived in a rational country, with a real news media, this would have people outraged. A Federal judge admits that his decision making was purely political.
Sullivan should be shot.

Sullivan must be pretty sure now that Trump will be reelected, and that Biden will remain the president elect in perpetuity.

It’s about time. So-called ‘Judge’ Sullivan is a disgusting excuse for a person, but even he finally backed down.

Sullivan’s commentary: However, the pardon ‘does not, standing alone, render [Mr. Flynn] innocent of the alleged violation.’
So now the presumption of innocence is out the window too?

We know how absurd and infuriating it was that Sullivan wouldn’t let go of this, no matter what, but it does show one thing that Republicans need to take serious note of: Democrats fight with everything they’ve got, and they never give an inch. They are always planning and plotting, they stick together like glue, and they never concede a point. They push their propaganda relentlessly, demonize their opponents thoroughly, and use ridicule to great political effect.
Republicans, on the other hand, push their agenda meekly, always worrying about “bipartisanship”, and roll over and play dead the moment things look tough. We know that the dems’ cause is evil to the core, and that they often push their methods beyond what is ethical or even legal, but it’s way past time for Republicans (if they survive as a party) to grow backbones and take cues from many of the dems’ methods.
And the main lesson they need to learn is never give up and never give in, never, never, never.

This is just one example why I hope to never have to deal with or depend on a judge’s verdict.
