Everything is an example of one instance.
105 aint nothing, I had 106 and 107 in 1969 from the Hong Kong Flu, and YES they put me in a tub full of Ice and Water at the hospital
she had a fever and some chills and nausea lasting less that 24 hours. hardly severe symptoms. Many other vaccines do the same
“If you like your rDNA, you can keep your rDNA.”
Unless you want to board an airplane, go to a store, etc.
105? Child’s play. Give me the regular ol’ seasonal shot and I’m good for 105.5+ and a trip the the ER. Happened three times to me so I skip the thing.
Wonder how it’s gonna work for me when this vaccine becomes mandatory (or, at least, functionally mandatory)?
If you are healthy, purposefully get it and get it over with.
Then you're immune and can't transmit it to anyone else.
Herd immunity achieved!
She may have a fever unrelated to the vaccine.
What is “rDNA” supposed to be in this instance? Not sure if you mean recombinant DNA (which you don’t have in your body), ribosomal DNA (which is located inside the nucleus and unavailable to any vaccine components), or the RDNA GPU microarchitecture and accompanying instruction set architecture developed by AMD. But that last one is for computer parts and really shouldn’t be in your body.
However, assuming what you really meant was DNA, rest assured there’s nothing in any of the vaccines that can make any changes to any DNA. The mRNA vaccines are like the print job you would send to your home printer (or in this case, your cells’ ribosomes). The ribosomes “print” up whatever protein arrives in the print job. Usually that print job comes from the nucleus. In this case, the vaccine sends a print job to the ribosomes and has them print out a protein that makes your immune system kick in and create a response that gives you lasting immunity to COVID-19.
If I send a print job to your printer, that doesn’t change your computer; it just prints the thing I asked it to.
I have not had a fever in over 30 years, at least. I do not even know how my body would react to one.
There IS NO DATA ON LONG TERM EFFECTS!!!
My last vaccination was 1972.
Will leave instructions that be printed on my tombstone. (hopefully many years hence)
There is no such thing as rDNA
I think I will skip the vaccine and make up a fake vaccine passport card. To hell with them.
Shhhhhhh. Grandma will die if you don’t “do as you’re told”. < /sarc >
Just wait until this wonder vaccine is given to entire populations of old folks’ homes from coast to coast. And then to those poor, poor, put-upon blacks and hispanics . . .
SACRAMENTO, Calif. (AP) — California Gov. Gavin Newsom on Monday announced a voluntary smartphone tool to alert people of possible coronavirus exposure as cases soar higher, new restrictions are imposed and many people still say they won’t heed the pleas to stay home.
The tool — which has been used on a pilot basis on some state university campuses — doesn’t track people’s identities or locations but uses Bluetooth wireless signals to detect when two phones are within 6 feet (1.8 meters) of each other for at least 15 minutes, officials said.
California’s 40 million residents can opt in to the system starting Thursday. When someone who has activated the technology tests positive for the virus, that person will receive a verification code from state health officials that can be used to send an anonymous alert to other users who may have been exposed over the past 14 days.
“The more people that participate in it, the more that opt in, the more effective this program can be,” Newsom told reporters. “We are hoping there will be enough to make this meaningful.”
The technology comes as coronavirus cases are exploding in California and more than 80% of the state’s residents are under orders not to leave their homes for at least the next three weeks except for essential purposes. Sixteen other states, plus Guam and Washington, D.C., have already made available the system co-created by Apple and Google, though most residents of those places aren’t using it.

Vaccines are rarely a good idea.
In the odd case where our immune system can’t handle something - then a vaccine MIGHT make sense.
If our immune system CAN handle something - then vaccines are a terrible idea.
Our immune systems are handling covid just fine - 99.9% recovery - the vaccine boasts of 94% success - do the math
