I just get the feeling that based upon what Alito wrote in Bookvar and then moving up the submission deadline, that he and 4 other Justices believe that they will have all they need to rule by tomorrow.
And I believe they will find what the PA Gov. and Supreme Court did was unconstitutional.
I am less sure as to the remedy they will propose.

you could very well be right. the way alito wrote his original ruling, to me, was that ALL mail in ballots become void as it was an all or none opinion. IOW, if they breach one part they breach all parts and PA did breach AT LEAST one part

I agree fully. As to remedy, given that the state supreme court and legislature both acted outside the law, the idea of remanding back to either of them to fix seems foolhardy. They haven’t a choice but to use their authority to disqualify/nullify the PA votes.

Any audio in the Courtroom, btw, for the hearing?

My fear is any remedy that relies on the GOPe-led legislatures.
