If #SCOTUS grants cert in the PA election case, I have told the petitioners I will stand ready to present the oral argument.By saying this he is guiding the Court to accept the suit.

and the more I think about what remedies they could apply, the only one that I can see is that they declare the entire election, at least as it relates to federal offices, invalid.
Harsh? Severe?
Yes, but that is the penalty for brazen disregard of the constitution which is the sentiment Alito conveyed when he wrote his opinion in Boockvar.

So this fake headline was repeated here too. Maybe the supreme court will take up the case. And Maybe it will be Ted who argues the case. The headline makes both of those things a sure case. I hate that.

I have never thought Cruz was very likable. But he is brilliant. I think he would have made a fine Justice.

Ted Cruz doesn’t have the curbside appeal to be elected POTUS, but he is great as a Senator and a constitutional scholar - he would be great arguing this SC case.

·It’s not before the Court on a cert petition. The petitioners are seeing an emergency injunction, for which there will not be any oral argument.

save anyone remember where this was?

Not saying Sekulow wouldn’t do a bad job, but Cruz enjoys a level of respect unmatched ny virtually any SCOTUS litigant.
Cruz has a knowledge of the Constitution pretty unmatched by anyone in the country. He is so respected, there has to be at least four Justices who will want to hear from him.

Even Rudy would want Cruz to argue the case before the Supreme Case.

Does ANYONE here remember this moment? This "witness" was probably a PLANT serving only to transmit COVID to Giuliani via a tainted hand shake! No, we do not believe in actual conspiracy theories. That's just insane.

I’m pumped because 1 Justice has a score to settle with Biden, 2-3 Justices have a score to settle with the Dems, and 1 Justice has already signaled what he plans to do

In re the remedy, they could give PA their choice of two options:
1) Delete all the mail-in ballots and go with just the in-person votes, or
2) Hold a complete revote, under verifiable circumstances, if they can get it done in time. That would give [real] mail-in voters an opportunity to still have their vote counted.

Would you guys get off of it? I always likes Ted Cruz, I just knew he was not eligible to be President. I think he would be the best Chief Justice the country has ever known, in spite of the fact that he didn't agree that he was not eligible to be President.
