Ware County, Ga has broken the Dominion algorithm:
Using sequestered Dominion Equipment, Ware County ran a equal number of Trump votes and Biden votes through the Tabulator and the Tabulator reported a 26% lead for Biden.
Those conducting the test were so shocked that they ran the same ballots again. The same results appeared. ONE PIECE OF THE PUZZLE SOLVED. (It is worth noting that this was one County, and on one Tabulator alone.

Prophetic voices are saying this week from December 6th to December 12th will end in a victory for Trump breaking the back of this latest coup attempt by the forces of DNC darkness and defeating this latest attack by the spirit of antichrist.

The article does not seem to be talking about exactly the same thing as the tweet by Robb Hurst. Hurst is saying that Ware County itself ran tests, while the article quotes Ware County as denying that "the Trump team was in possession of a voting machine from Ware County".
Nevertheless, Carlos Nelson, the Ware County official quoted in the article, is very definite that nothing happened with the vote counts. Therefore, I don't see how Hurst's claim can be correct.

"37 Trump votes used in the equal sample run had been "Switched" from Trump to Biden. In actual algorithmic terms this means that a vote for Trump was counted as 87% of a vote and a vote for Biden was counted as 113% of a vote."
Which means:
50 Trump * 0.87 = 43.5 round down = 43
50 Biden * 1.13 = 56.5 round up...... = 57
Getting a 14 point spread for Biden. To approximate the offical GA numbers, which is close to Biden with 50% + 20,000 out of 5 million (approximate):
50 / 0.87 = 57.47
50 / 1.13 = 44.25
Which adss up to 101.7, since this is a rough guess.
So it looks like a Trump 57 / Biden 43 was rigged to make Biden just barely over 50%, by rigging 500,000 to 700,000 votes. This is in just one state using this hardware and software.
If anyone can run the numbers better, please do so.
