He is compromised. Pretty obvious.
The institutions of Congress and SCOTUS are truly a farce. Very little truth, honesty, honor.
The law does not provide a remedy when the institutions abuse their power. The remedy lies outside the law.
Why the people put up with this Potemkin government? Because people are sheep. They not only prefer to be led by powerful, then NEED it. The founders would likely hold the people of today, in contempt for being such lazy, ignorant, careless fools who have squandered the treasure bequeathed. But realists too, Franklin’s “if you can keep it” was truth.
