The people in the video are identifiable and should be interviewed immediately by Barr/Wray, and therein lies the problem.
Two separate types of cases.
Election cases are civil cases. Barr and Wray are not involved. Standard of proof is preponderance of the evidence. The hurdle is enough ballots have to be in question to throw the outcome of the contest into doubt. Civil case. No crime necessary.
Election crimes are matters for state and federal law enforcement. They are conspicuously absent. But ... the nmumber of ballots involved need not be enough to change the outcome, and the standard of proof is beyond a reasonable doubt. Our criminal justice system is a political tool, right now under the control of globalists, used to hamstring opponents and free pass to the powerful.
Yes. In the USA you and I remember, the FBI, GBI, FEC, would be interviewing these workers, to get to the truth of the matter.
Barr and Wray? They see no fraud whatsoever and there is no way they’d support Trump.
They might already be "unavailable" for comment.
