I’m of two minds about this........
The left and the MSM seem to have a counterpunch to everything. Trump needs to land a political haymaker to pull this off, but he’s in very precarious waters. I trust he’ll do what’s best. We have to.
Martial Law is never limited.
By definition, martial law is a state of affairs that only exists when the courts cannot be in session. Are the courts in session?

The voting system would still be rigged by the Left.
We need separate countries.
When a foreign country is involved in subversive activities helped by US citizens involved in treasonous activity, then Trump has every right to do this.
Do you want CHINA running the US with the help of paid off, treasonous and greedy politicians who have negated your votes?
He can do this.
But it won’t go over well.
POTUS is our principal constitutional officer. And law enforcement principal.
It would also require an order to states on the conduct of the election.

This assumes the military and Federal law enforcement would follow, which is highly dubious. He would have to use US Marshals to arrest a lot of FBI agents, DOJ officials, US Attorneys and top brass at the Pentagon first. Dicey.
Then again, "let the dice fly high."
The people most adversely affected by this would be Obama, Hillary, Brennan, Clapper, Soros...

I am too.
I am very sympathetic to the reasons behind this call, and the one good thing about is that it would request the President use his powers to secure a free and fair election, and not just to unilaterally preserve his power.
The problem is, would this level of use of power really be the equivalent of preserving the integration of your republic?
Some people would say yes, and that disenfranchisement of the voters is as egregious as secession, insurrection and rebellion, but I have a hard time going there. If the party that perpetrated this fraud and disenfranchisement wasn’t resuming control of much of the federal government, I’d be holding out hope that we would eventually get redress for the injustices that have occurred, but while that seems highly improbable now, I still don’t know about setting this kind of precedent. What would stop Biden (for example)from attempting to use executive powers for a full wresting of power and a complete take-over and installing an endless one-party government?

Is a court in session if the judges are being harassed..is there law in giving China the white House...if ever there was a more glaring flaw in the constitution it would deal with the people being manipulated by false news and being allowed to overturn the constitutional govt so many died for, there is a point of madness, thinking our heads in the guillotine is a Sunday drive..illegals voting not for free stuff, for our stuff we worked for..
I agree with military martial law until another vote or congress votes.. we are past the tipping point, and once power is lost to control the usurper traitors, we will have a harder time then. Sad the country allowed the immigration it did, we have armies in our country, antifa etc..so yea martial law get the illegals out period..enforce the law or get ready for wild wild west. However you may..
