A commercial for Chipolte is not news.

The food is good, but don’t hold me responsible for your runs.

Considering the illegal aliens they hire in the kitchen and the retards at the register, no thanks. Food poisoning is just not my thing.

I have no problem with the quality of the food. I found the setting to be sterile and industrial. I half expect to be given some water pumps to assemble and package while seated on one of those stools with the metal tables.

Bought a brisket in Spring but never did smoke it. Will be 51 degrees tomorrow. Might have to smoke it for 5-6 hours and then finish it in a 225 degree oven wrapped in foil, same as would be done on the smoker. Makes for a long day of cooking 12-14 hours so sometimes I do the big cuts by starting on the smoker in the afternoon, early eve and finishing in the oven overnight.

If I keep it until Spring, it might be ruined and a whole brisket ain’t cheap.

Real Mexican Food comes on plates that are as hot as the surface of the sun, with the melted cheese the same temperature. Crapotle is Mexican Food gone gay.

Yeah I don’t know what it is. Because even if I had eaten or ordered takeout with someone else...it’s just me that feels or gets sick. No other chain I can say that for? (And I realize Chipotle is supposed to be a notch up from basic fast food.)

My smoker is thin, made from water heater tanks, so it's hard to keep the temp up sometimes. Wind will chill it. Poor man's version of a $1500.00 smoker.
