No not all of my family was following the protocols. The ones who did get infected was by the others who did not follow. They got sick by trusting the other family members. We normally host Thanksgiving and Christmas yearly, my wife’s family was upset with me until they found out about other family members being infected.
My cousin’s family got sick by not following protocols and having a family wedding.
My cousin just a few weeks ago made similar statements in an argument about the wedding with my sister to justify not wearing a mask. It is no worse than the flu, more people die from the flu. He was infected at his daughter’s wedding.
My stepfather’s brother had pretty much the same beliefs as my cousin. He infected his brother and my mother.
The daughter-in-law caught the Just A Flu as a bank teller servicing people who do not wear masks.
The Democrats will destroy society and the economy without the Just A Flu.
We do not need to enforce store closures/lockdowns, People will self regulate and treat this Just A Flu as a real threat when they see their own family members start dying off.

I know zero people that died from covid, and two due to relapse(isolation).
I’m not a doctor or psychologist, but I would say that staying inside and fearing other people(potential vectors) is not mentally healthy.
More time sitting at one’s computer, not healthy.
More reliance on government, not healthy.
When I get angry at seeing a grown male wearing a mask while driving alone in his car, not healthy...

Of the ones who got infected, were they completely isolated in a proven sanity location until being exposed to your family members?

Really? You KNOW that? Or could it be it was passed by contact via paper money? Or from viruses blowing out past someone’s glasses as they wore a mask, shoving the viruses higher into the air?
BTW - I know three couples where one spouse caught it and the other did not WHILE LIVING AS MAN & WIFE. And that would be without masks....

this, along with the other bullet points you posted, is nothing more than speculation on your part...your DIL could just as easily been infected by a mask wearing, protocol following person, as cases spiking in high mask compliance areas illustrates...
one would think that by now you and others like you would understand obvious stuff like that, but apparently not...
