Fox News host Sean Hannity has suggested President Donald Trump should pardon himself and his family before leaving the White House in January.

The suggestion was made on Hannity's Fox News radio show on Monday while discussing how Trump last week announced a full pardon for his former national security adviser Michael Flynn.

Speaking to former Trump attorney Sidney Powell, Hannity suggested that the president needed to protect himself from future legal investigations in order to protect himself from the incoming Biden administration.

Should they decide in favor of the Satanic Deep State, the court systems will be doing more damage to the USA than any foreign enemy ever could.

We will be a Nation utterly destroyed once these psychopaths get their grubby hands back onto the levers of power.

I would tend to agree with Hannity. This election has shown what a Banana Republic this has become. Look what RATs have been doing for the last 4 years.

That would be conspiracy fact,.....Sidney Powell has plenty of proof,......so does anyone else who cares to look at the mountains of evidence.....A massive election fraud has occurred & is being intentionally ignored by many.

Hannity is a brand. Hannity is about Hannity. He’s a money machine. Pays for the opening monologue that is written for him by his writers every night.

Most people don’t get it but it’s a tv show. It’s infotainment. Hannity is all about his success in staying viable. just like Tucker. They are media machines programmed to attract a certain kind of audience.

1—The UK Daily Mail is venomous crap.

2—Hannity is not in a position to “tell” Sidney Powell anything.

I wonder if Hannity gave a hat tip to Matt Gaetz for bringing this up a week ago?

I doubt Hannity has has had an original thought in years.

"...if hiding the Hunter laptop for 8 months didn’t convince him there’s more then 1 percent bad then he’s just as dense as everybody says he is."

I started listening to Hannity's radio show a long time ago...somewhat of a passive interest since I just kept the radio on and his show started after Rush. For a very, very long time, any caller who dared suggest the existence of a deep state or shadow government, would be mocked or ridiculed by Hannity who would start playing the Twilight Zone theme before cutting the call off.

When President Trump took office and there was no longer any way to deny the existence of a deep state, Hannity acted like he had been on the cutting edge of coverage for years.

"Now, can a President pardon himself ? No law that I know of limits this but as far as I know it has never been litigated or brought before the Supreme Court."

Under the Constitution, it is a plenary, absolute power. The president can pardon anybody, including himself. Obviously, that applies to past acts, not planned or future offenses, and of course, it offers no protection from the political fallout (i.e. a president could pardon himself of a federal crime, but still be subject to impeachment).

fair enough. But I still can’t think of a single legal charge that could be leveled against Trump.
