According to the Statesman Journal reporting (which can't be linked here due to copyright stuff), mink farm outbreaks have also occurred in Michigan, Utah and Wisconsin.
Has anyone in MI, UT, or WI heard about mink farm outbreaks?

The state has not said where the farm is located, how many animals the farm has, when the farmer reported the illnesses, or when the animals were tested.Other than that, they've been completely forthcoming.

So the minks have nasty chest colds? And were they wearing their maskie-waskies?

As funny as this story sounds, the danger is a virus mutation in mink that fuels the human pandemic in a new direction.

And I was just reading an article which suggested that Minks were one of the few or only animals which have been shown to be able to infect humans with COVID-19.

The ruling found someone must actually take something from another person, authorities said. The surprise move shocked the owner of a farm where authorities said Young helped free 300 mink in 1997. “You’ve got to be kidding. Unbelievable. Unbelievable,” said Alex Ott, owner of Ott’s...
