And that is absolutely correct! But rr carriers must still secure their mail as they travel the back country roads and rural by-ways! (But not, I think, buckets loaded into an uncovered open truck bed, and apparently a convoy of two!)
To those people who are disparaging Barr for what he supposedly said you might want to take a look at Catherine Herridge‘s posts on Twitter. I will post them later but in the meantime please keep disparaging Barr So that you continue to expose yourselves.
