In every Red State, or just the ones with Republican Legislatures that claim to have selected Electors for Biden ?
P.S. I think Powell has taken the best approach by representing the Electors from GA and MI in their suits, there is no way a judge can use their favorite tactic of dismissing from lack of standing with these suits.

The argument bring that voters in those blue wall states, as well as other states that may be called for Biden, have disenfranchised Trump voters in violation of Equal Protection under the 14th Amendment.

The Constitution is designed so that, ultimately, each State, as a corporate entity, votes for the President.
No resident of Montana has, and shouldn’t have any say or influence over who Massachussets votes for, etc.
