John James tweeted out a concession video 2 days ago.
Not sure of what happens if the MI results are changed or thrown out.
It looks like this case ONLY challenges the outcome of POTUS. I am SUPER bummed that James isn’t involved and seemingly will not benefit. Maybe his race can be overturned in a separate lawsuit if Trump ends up winning Michigan or if the entire election there is thrown out? If this is taken up by any court, I don’t think they have the authority to change the outcome of other elections.
