Has anyone else noticed the Google home page today? It looks like a police officer with a hose spelling google. Makes for a great Thanksgiving home page.

I see the squirrels using a tin-can telephone to say “Happy Thanksgiving” to the birds. It’s a cute graphic.

I see Google chipping away at the historical foundations of the thanksgiving Holiday and shilling for the idea that a remote Thanksgiving is A-OK in the new USA.

But done cutely, of course.

I didn’t notice, I’ve avoided google ever since I watched in mounting horror as they systematically and deliberately ‘disappeared’ over half a million hits on image searches for ‘obama birth certificate’ in mid-July 2008.
