From the Rasmussen and other polls, the vast majority of Republicans and a pretty significant number of Dems/Indies think the election was stolen.
Trump has been very effective in convincing Americans the elections were fraudulent. The media have not been successful in their nonsensical “there is no evidence of fraud” propaganda.
That will count in the Supreme Court.

Trump has been very effective in convincing Americans the elections were fraudulent.”

I’m just pointing out a simple fact. They held a long public hearing today and haven’t provided supporters with an executive summary or any kind of list of the main points. So people on Freerepublic tonight are not sure what points were made or weren’t made, eg about the missing memory sticks and out-of-nowhere mail ballots. This is a fact. And to the extent Trumps people aren’t providing us with a summary of the findings they are NOT effective communicators. Effective communicators don’t leave their followers and supporters confused and uncertain about the main public points that they tried to get across in a public meeting that they chose to hold. All of this is simple and undeniable truth.

I’m sure it has nothing to do with election fraud.

People probably just re-purposed them for their .mp3 playlists once the election was over.

For the kind of money involved, probably a few people as well will go missing.

If we had the FBI we are paying for, the kind we should have, those voting machines would have all been taking into protective custody as evidence the morning after the election.

We need to gut the FBI.

Ugh, if that’s true, that’s sloppy work by Rudy.

I wonder if someone on his staff is feeding him bad info on purpose.

What are the odds that 47 of them can be missing at the same time? Gotta be like 10:1. /sarc

So you are saying that you need a list of 1,000 bullet points to understand that the election was a fraud?

150,000 ballots delivered from some unknown source at 4:30 AM is not enough for you to figure out there is a skunk in the wood pile?

Even in court one can submit too much information. You don’t win cases by putting jurors to sleep. Or keep them in the box ruining their days and making them pray you will shut up and let them go home.

Even though most of this will be resolved by judicial review rather than juries, you don’t want to treat judges like small children.

My lawyer demonstrated this to me in the most convincing way.

HE WINS!

The only solution is a new election with no mail in.

2GB Maybe, no way you’re getting a 2TB flash drive for under 10 bucks. Also, most manufacturers do not count drive space like that, it’s in thousands, not 1024. A 256 GB flash drive will. actually be about 230 binary GB or so. Its been that way for a long long time.

I’ve been looking at 1TB flash drives, you can get a cheap unreliable one for about 30 or 40 bucks on Amazon, or you can get a good brand name one for around 50 to 60 if you wait for a deal.

I got robbed on a quick web search. Personally, I keep two seven port USB hubs daisy chained and have 2.0 thumbs plugged into several ports, and a simple three-bay USB SAN on my Linux tower. I’d been an A+ tech for twenty years (still do privately on the side) and have done desktop/LAN suport in places where we still counted things in bits and bytes. Factor out the boot sector and manufacturer partitions and run with it. Simple binary. Nobody I know has split things down to a quantum level. Meatball computer support.
