Trump has been very effective in convincing Americans the elections were fraudulent.”

I’m just pointing out a simple fact. They held a long public hearing today and haven’t provided supporters with an executive summary or any kind of list of the main points. So people on Freerepublic tonight are not sure what points were made or weren’t made, eg about the missing memory sticks and out-of-nowhere mail ballots. This is a fact. And to the extent Trumps people aren’t providing us with a summary of the findings they are NOT effective communicators. Effective communicators don’t leave their followers and supporters confused and uncertain about the main public points that they tried to get across in a public meeting that they chose to hold. All of this is simple and undeniable truth.

So you are saying that you need a list of 1,000 bullet points to understand that the election was a fraud?

150,000 ballots delivered from some unknown source at 4:30 AM is not enough for you to figure out there is a skunk in the wood pile?

Even in court one can submit too much information. You don’t win cases by putting jurors to sleep. Or keep them in the box ruining their days and making them pray you will shut up and let them go home.

Even though most of this will be resolved by judicial review rather than juries, you don’t want to treat judges like small children.

My lawyer demonstrated this to me in the most convincing way.

HE WINS!
