Did not the court refuse to allow an evidenciary hearing?
So I’m not misinformed - you seem to be admitting they haven’t produced a clear easy-to-understand summary of the allegations and evidence.
In a high profile political issue like this, they need the public on their side, but they’re not making it easy for the public to know the outrageous details. Just look at how much uncertainty and confusion there is among Freepers on this thread.
Ultimately the courts are going to need backbone to rule against Biden, and a groundswell of public outrage over clear instances of fraud would help supply that backbone. The Trump folks need to put some effort into getting the facts out to the public in a way the public can easily understand.
Good post, friend.
Happy thanksgiving!
some other details that might help to clarify the numbers further.

If President Trump is able to outperform the polls in the battleground state of Pennsylvania, it will be because he re-energized white, blue-collar voters in places like Butler County.

19 Oct: NBC Philadelphia: Pennsylvania Mail-in Ballot Requests Hit 2.8 Million, Including 700,000 GOP Voters
Nearly 1.8 million voters registered as Democrats have requested mail-in ballots, more than 1 million more than Republican voters. That disparity could mean determining a winner in the battleground state may take a few days after Nov. 3.
By Brian X. McCrone and Rudy Chinchilla
Another 200,000 Pennsylvania voters have requested mail-in ballots for the Nov. 3 presidential election, and Democrats still far outnumber Republicans who have asked for one.
Even though voters registered as Democrats far outnumber Republicans who have asked for the early voting option, the overall difference shrunk slightly in the last week.
The last day to register to vote in Pennsylvania is Oct. 19. Online registration goes until 11:59 p.m. while in-person registration varies by county election office hours. HERE are all the rules, as well as other details for voters, for registering to vote.
Still, the gap between Democrats and Republicans is more than a million, a huge difference that could cause a dayslong delay in declaring a winner in one of the most important states in the Nov. 3 election...READ ALL

They said it. Added that the 2.5 million was on Sec of State website until last night when it was removed with no explanation.
Just for perspective, you can go to Walmart and get a 2 terabyte USB drive for under ten bucks. One terabyte = 1024 GIGABYTES.
I believe this was brought up in a review of the systems in either CA or CO SOS, but they concluded this was not of concern since the ports were physically blocked by a plate which required a key to move out of the way ...

I have a couple USB drives with about 100 classic rock albums on each. Nice for when the ISP craps out. Random play!
when it’s suggested on thedonald.win that the thread is pulled down because it is incorrect, someone replies:
Nope. Not at all. Rudy Giuliani clarified the 1.8 Million ballots were sent during the Primaries in August and 1.4 million apparently casting their vote. He further went on to elaborate how the hell 2.5 million (now 2.6 million) got to cast their vote less than 2-3 months later for the Presidential election.
There is further no reason to delete the page containing the 1.4 million cast on the PA Website, unless they got something to hide, with Giuliani having the proof.
Thank the mods indeed with the clarification under it: “The 1,126,940 is essentially people who didn’t participate in the primary, but still voted democrat”

probably best to read some more of the comments.
And Rasmussen has a significant percentage of Independents and even Dems convinced Dems stole votes for Biden or destroyed Trump ballots. Trump is already winning the ballot fraud battle even with 99.999999% of big tech and the fake news media working 24/7 to rubbish any and all claims of ballot fraud.

Huge: “How likely is it that Democrats stole votes or destroyed pro-Trump ballots in several states to ensure that Biden would win?”
Democrats - 30% - 20% say Very Likely (VL)
Unaffiliated - 39% - 29% say VL
Republicans - 75% - 61% say VL
All Voters - 47% - 36% say VL

bttt
the mistake about the number of mail ballots requested vs those counted is going to be used against Rudy and anyone who spreads the story.
people on the Twitter thread Gateway Pundit published with video of Rudy are pointing out the facts, but GP themselves need to withdraw their article or re-write it with what Rudy supposedly said later to clarify.
not good.
This is how absurd our election system is. From what I can gather from various sources...these machines scan the vote and basically store them as a file, containing the picture of the ballot and the metadata (machine vision system ‘reading’ the ballot selections). Once finished you have these files in ‘folders’ on a disk drive (flash memory, SD card, etc.). You can connect a USB thumb drive (example) to the machine and ‘download the files’.
The files are then taken to a PC running other (Dominion) software that will read the USB device data and upload it to a server.
Now consider this...you can configure things on the machine. You can set up a ‘folder for candidate A and B’. The ballot files, after scanning the ballot selections, are put in their respective directory. When you download the folders containing these ballot files you can drag-and-drop ballots from one folder to the other. The PC software that reads the data (transferred onto a USB stick) will just count the files...which are now compromised.
...or something very similar to this. These machines are *designed* to be insecure but try to be clever and give the impression of being secure. They also count in fractions. Specific numbers of Trump votes get a value of 0.75 per vote while Biden’s is 1.25. So the ballot *count* is correct, but votes have been shifted from one to the other.
Now add the ability to scan the same ballots over and over while nobody can watch.
We can NEVER accept this system ever again. In person, with ID, PAPER ballots with a ‘blue finger’ (dipped in ink) is the only system I’ll trust hereon.
And I’m a software architect. This system is sick. It is so sick, so painful to see, if it were my dog I’d take it outside and put it out of its misery. WE CANNOT ACCEPT THIS.
You cant try a case by media
You can’t win a case like this - where the courts are being asked to turn around a presidential election - if the public is uninformed about the underlying issues. Too many judges would not dare create such a public shock. Those who think the courts don’t read the newspapers are naive
It’s incompetence for Trumps people not to create a list of the fraud items that their supporters can reference. After all, today’s hearing was not in a court - it was designed to get the info out into the public. But they haven’t summarized that info / so even Freepers and others who want to support are fumbling around to figure out what was or wasn’t alleged today. Little point in having the presentation if you’re not going to make its revelations as easily accessible as possible
To follow up, election officials are required to keep the ballots and counts - they are government records and they are subject to audit. It is no different than a bank being required to keep records about what they did with money. It is the law.
When ballots or counts from a precinct are brought in to the tabulation center there is a chain of custody that is required to be maintained. In other words those ballots or the electronic count record is in the possession of an election official and it is marked with what precinct it came from.
This was NOT DONE intentionally be election officials in the same precincts with all the problems and questions. These USB cards entered after they “stopped the count” and at the same time there was a massive spike in Biden votes (a statistically unlikely spike based on prior tabulation).
This thing is beyond dirty. It is hopelessly wrecked as far as trying to straighten it out because there is NO chain of custody and the ballots were mixed together no matter what type of vote they were.
This is my understanding and the story is bad enough, but combine it with the other things I mention above and the problems are obvious.
::snort::
😂😂 I appreciate your brevity.
...my guess is this is why the memory cards are now ‘missing’. An audit of the data on them will expose these alterations.
