Depends on who came first, the python who can swallow the lizard or the lizard who found eggs first.
I had a video of a python who swallowed a gator, but then the gator chewed throw the innards of python and won the survival fight.
Grunt... you may be on to something there... use one varmint to exterminate the other varmint.
One wonders if that could be a real pest control solution...
