It forms my opinions. In once case, every time I see the name I roll my eyes and say “I can’t believe he made it that far” because I really can’t.

After reading Matt Brann's opinion, it's embarassing that it includes a sentence fragment like, No different here.. Call me a grammar nazi, but that's unprofessional. He has been reversed on appeal and chastised by the Third Circuit, and I wouldn't be surprised to see it happen again.
