Do these establishments have a sign at the door requiring masks? If so, and you do not wish to wear a mask you should not enter in the 1st place. You don’t enter without a shirt if that is requested by the owner or management for you to enter, do you?

It is not the same thing and you know it. A LOT of the establishments that have the sign in Maricopa County, AZ only do so out of orders from upstairs (corporate or government pressure), or not wanting to be called by masky people.
There are plenty of places that have tons of signage, and even bilingual messages on the PA, and yet, I walk right in, past the security guard (grocery store), without so much as a raised eyebrow.
Sometimes the places with the most signage are the least problematic. Only way to find out is one at a time. I also find that local cops seem to like to hang out (maskless) at said places. The odds of them having their food contaminated is MUCH less at such places.
In any event, the only way to find out is to try them one at a time. That is what I do. I also believe it is good to show others that not everyone is going to play along with this Twilight Zone dystopia, especially those who agree in spirit but aren't interested in friction of any kind.

owners rules regarding shirt and shoes are long standing and are backed by societal customs regarding inappropriate vestments; masks rules are new and backed by nonsensical authoritative diktat...
