When you bring a lawyer to a hearing, that is a Red Flag. Some hearings do not allow you to bring a lawyer to speak for you. I don’t know if this was one of those.

I watched the PA legislature presser and Dominion evidently claimed they “could not testify because it could open them up to litigation.”
PA legislature is now debating subpoenas.
Fear of litigation will lead to litigation. This company defrauded the various states which purchased their product. Watch them run, disband, and hide.

I’ve called my Rep and ripped his aide for him not doing anything. She said “He supports blah blah blah” but I asked “What the hell is he DOING?” Crickets.
I told her he should get his ass home from DC and rally the troops in every village, hamlet and town in his district. Get people fired up and angry. Get donations rolling in to the effort.

Equally vital, why hasn't Dominion served Powell and the Trump defense with a cease and desist letter demanding she retract what she said at the presser, if it's false?? After all, her charges devastate Dominion's reputation, making it nearly impossible for it to continue selling its hardware, software, and services here in the US. Its actual damages must be massive. A libel suit would appear to be imperative for it to preserve its business, unless the charges are true. If the charges are true, OTOH, a libel suit would be catastrophic for Dominion because of the devastating discovery it would expose them to.
