It really does seem awfully suspicious that they would suddenly back out of a hearing......and the public will see this as suspicious. Why do they not simply stand by the integrity of their voting systems, make their source code and auditable material available to state legislative delegations in states in which they operate and otherwise be transparent......if they have nothing to hide

Equally vital, why hasn't Dominion served Powell and the Trump defense with a cease and desist letter demanding she retract what she said at the presser, if it's false?? After all, her charges devastate Dominion's reputation, making it nearly impossible for it to continue selling its hardware, software, and services here in the US. Its actual damages must be massive. A libel suit would appear to be imperative for it to preserve its business, unless the charges are true. If the charges are true, OTOH, a libel suit would be catastrophic for Dominion because of the devastating discovery it would expose them to.
