I finally called one of his friends that happened to post on one of the posts that he had on his Facebook page.

The issue is between AG and SoS.
Voters, in THIS matter do not have standing.
Appellate should easily strike since voters always have standing in an election.
Meaning, if Wood does not have standing to petition and bring relief, then the voters as a whole have no stranding and there is no such thing as an “election” in GA.
But, the courts no longer suss the law...they make it as they go and toss you away with the flick of a wrist.
Boris Epshtyen: if Georgia attempts to certify the Trump campaign will contest the election whereupon a full audit must be performed and if even just a single discrepancy is found the whole recertification process has to be redone.
Still relevant, since Giuliani did mention a name or two, and evidence was presented publicly. Why? Because (1) Trump’s team of lawyers is not the only game in town (DoJ is on it and likely military, as Professional’s article above posits), and (2) the presser was for educational purposes. Public needs to know. DoJ won’t say a word until arrests. So word has to get to the public somehow.
Some very brave citizens offered to testify in the "court of public opinion". It is Q-level important to keep this issue publicly visible.
The woman on the cert board in Wayne County may have had other reasons. The head of the board bullied her by threatening her that her children and grandchildren would be shamed by her "racist" behavior. I suspect she realized that the greater shame would be if she succumbed to his felonious bullying through feloniously dishonest certification.
