The level evidence n the CIVIL case of voter fraud or disenfranchisement brought by a citizen, candidate, or campaign is simply “A preponderance of the evidence”! Simply stated this means if we put the evidence from both sides on a scale the evidence that weighs the most decides the case. There is no doubt that election shenanigans took place all over the place in almost every precinct. These Judges are REFUSING to take the cases because they know the Civil lawsuit standard is overwhelmingly being met by POTUS team of lawyers.
The Lamestream Media constantly harp about “Beyond a reasonable Doubt!” This is the standard of Guilt in a CRIMINAL case. A much higher standard of evidence and these are the cases brought by the Authorities by Prosecuters in different levels of Law Enforcement.
The issue is that the POTUS team has seen levels of evidence that in former lives as prosecuters they would prosecute these Slam Dunk cases probably under the RICO statutes that might send hundreds of people (many of them prominent citizens) to jail or perhaps even rise to the levels of TREASON OR SEDITION!

I read the part of GA statute that forbids those from voting in the runoff if they did not vote in the general. This “news” site is of course lying, hoping to create (more) chaos and fraud in the runoff.
IMHO since Kemp is not mentioned in this suit, it’s because something “special” is saved for him. Like, treason etc.
Sounds as though GA state gov is lying about its own statutes.

I am sure that the DoJ is working on this without public notice other than what Barr said not long after the election. No doubt the mil is heavily involved as well due to the foreign countries involved.
The legal attack is two pronged. Trump’s lawyers and the feds doing their thing. Trump’s team is also tasked with the public education and they are doing a fantastic job.
