I went to the store today. It was crowded and people were "panic buying" ,the store clerks words. I see an elderly couple (anybody older than me) with a cart loaded to the brim - cases of canned goods. The old dude couldn't push it so his wife was also pulling it. The place was packed. So what's up? We hear the rumor (while in line) that there is going to be a truckers strike after Thanksgiving. Is this true? First I heard of it. Is it on the news (which I don't watch much of) or is it just another baseless rumor? I feel like we are in perilous times but sometimes our fears are worse than the actual threat. Has anybody else experienced this this week?
But just in case:
What is this Dark Winter?
Camela Biden and Joe Harris!!!
Democracy dies in darkness.
for the record, “Dark Winter” was another game played out by the Event 201 mob.

I went to our local store here, not Walmart, and there were no empty shelves, plenty of canned goods, plenty of toilet paper, plenty of meat. That was Tuesday.
In the spring, I went to a local Walmart where many of the shelves were empty. I thought it was funny when I saw all the hand sanitizer gone but the hydrogen peroxide shelf next to it full. Plenty of chlorine bleach, but the wipes were gone.
Anyone who has ever changed a baby’s cloth diaper should know how to clean themselves if there is no toilet paper.
I was becoming a low key “survivalist” way back in 1960 during the nuclear scares. Not radical, just making sure I had the important items to get by.
Had to finally give up my chickens. The walk down to the pen was too much for me. Still got plenty of eggs, not bought in the store.
***The prophecy says Chinese and Russian troops will occupy Washington D.C. by the end of November.***
Sounds like something THE AMAZING CRISWELL would come up with. Last time I checked his prophetic accuracy was “0”.
I guess I was implying that, but didn’t do a good job.
Whose prophecy is it?
Dana Coverstone, it was all the rage this past summer.
I go to the grocery store about 3-4 times a week. When I can’t find items in my grocery list, I head to another store. So here’s my observation from someone who has done nearly all the grocery shopping for my family for about 35 years, at roughly 4-5 different grocery stores in my location.
First, this week it is one week before Thanksgiving. You will generally see full carts at this time and for the next week, year in and year out. Not everyone, mind you, but plenty of shoppers will do this. It will ramp up even higher in the weekend. Sunday before Thanksgiving is one of the busiest in the big grocery stores. Monday as well. Tuesday it begins to taper off, but not much.
What I’m suggesting by my post is that, while there will be fear purchases this year, not everything you’re seeing is fear. People will still have family over for dinner, and provisions need to be procured before the pickings become slim. This year will be a bit different, but I am not yet seeing wide spread fear and panic again. People are tired of CoVid and want a normal family gathering as best as they can pull together.
Perhaps my interpretation of what I see is wrong, but I hope not.
though the truckers are 95% behind Trump
they cannot strike
truckers have mortgages also
They should not strike while he is in office anyway.
It started getting much darker this winter because of the Shadow cast over this election by Mr Trump and the election lawsuits. I noticed an extreme early darkness effect after Nov 1st, At first I was not sure what caused this, but my friends tell me it has something to do with global warming and climate change caused by that.
I am assured in a year or two president Biden Harris will overcome it and you will see a dramatic change in the darkness levels come November.
excellent point
So what, I live in Florida we all have generators 🤗
