...sparking outrage at the MTA
For what? Not erecting "Man With Flamethrower Barriers" on each bus top?

Sounds like Bridget Pike, aka Firefly, from Fox’s series “Gotham.”

Then release him on no bail and make him take another bus home.

Nice.
Once Upon A Time in Hollywood featured flamethrowers pretty prominently.
Outstanding movie.
I like the cut of this guy’s jib. Flamethrowers.

Makes sense to me. The only way I would even think about riding mass transit these days is if I had a flamethrower. Also would come in handy when trying to walk home from Trump rallies, or if attacked by a xenomorph.

Except for clearing brush in a controlled burn, I don’t see any practical use for a flamethrower. People get carried away with the Comic Book level novelty of having one.
If these are easy to obtain, expect to see some group like Antifa or BLM using one against police one day.

Urban Decay?
Might be Urban Renewal. If there was ever a place long overdue for twice daily disinfectant from fire and chemicals, it's New York City.
This individual needs to be hired on by the Health Department.

It should be open season on any rioter with a flamethrower.
No daily or possession limit.
