True! I won’t see it myself since my home is Fox Free, but I imagine the hype that characters like Hannity and Ingraham will heap on that pair!

And few will believe it.

If Trump fails, it can be truthfully and historically said that the Republican party, including sanctimonious, feckless conservatives, was murdered

6%???

I’d call it 96% there in DC. And THAT’S being generous...

“Not only is the GOP suicidal, it’s brain-dead stupid.“

I believe the GOP is just plain corrupt. As corrupt as the Dem party - just cowardly about it. The Dems are corrupt but out-loud PROUD of it.
They get away with that because Republicans ALLOW them to.

Both parties have twisted our system so that THEY continue to gain more power and $$$ away from us with every move they make. BOTH parties gain when WE the People lose.

The system was created for them to REPRESENT us.. They’ve twisted it over time so that many American citizens actually call them our “LEADERS”. And so they take that and RULE over us - as we are witnessing right now.

When the tv cameras are on, the R’s and D’s argue and fight like it’s the WWE - so that WE, the lowly yokels, will pick our team and fight amongst ourselves.
All the while, the politicians are coming up with new schemes to steal our freedoms- which means more power for THEM to share.

Take another look at the movie “Hunger Games”. Not the story so much, but the society. There in the “Capital”, everyone lives VERY well and extravagantly - so long as their allegiance is to the Capital. The rest of the country are poor as dirt, living in squalid conditions and work solely FOR those in the Capital.

This movie may be fiction, but it’s SO clear that this nation of ours is headed there before we realize.

Yes, the democrats are corrupt leftists, but they stand for what they stand for; we KNOW what we’re getting with a democrat.

Republicans, on the other hand, are SUPPOSED to stand for what WE stand for; yet they are the ones smiling at us while they allow the democrats to plunge the knife in our back. Then the two of them split what they find in our wallet.

You’re a good poster but you’re wrong this time ....the GOPe has betrayed Trump and us too damn much and for too long

We actually need a new party

American political parties have never been static forever...

In fact in some ways they’ve reversed positions over the centuries especially on culture

I mean from. Andrew Jackson to Elizabeth Warren

Or Thaddeus Stevens to Ronald Reagan

It’s a strange route of progression ..

The democRATs unify and fight for things that are terrible for the country. The Republicans don’t seem to unify for anything, especially things that would be good for the country.

We had 10-11 other choices on our ballot. None of them worth spit.

So rather than sticking a shiv in our backside, how about you actually join the Republican Party and get it to take the actions that are needed.

Instead of dropping your weapon, passing your pants and fleeing in panic at the first sound of the enemy tanks?

Trumps people will be given the option, conform and support our professional losers or get out. They did the same thing to Reagan’s supporters but made a half ass attempt to hide it with Bush 41/43. They can’t hide their collaboration and globalism anymore. Beside elections are over with. The ballot box has been removed from the equation, and the soap box is being removed right now with BLM, Antifa and PC. We are quickly running out of boxes: the jury box and cartridge boxes are all that’s left.

Then again, maybe I'm wrong. Horribly wrong. And the GOP will rise up and make us all proud and shame me so that I'll never post again.

(I can dream, can't I?)

“ Its suicide comes at a cost for Americans.”

Not really.

They’ve made themselves so irrelevant for anything other than making themselves filthy rich that most Americans will neither care or even notice that they’re gone.

“Sadly: most people who claim to be “Independent” are really just dem-lite.”

What? Maybe where you live that is the case. I live in a Red State and an extremely Red County, the vast majority of conservatives dropped the GOP and went Independent when the Tea Partiers exploded on the scene. The GOP Swamp dwellers abandoned the Tea Party so Tea Party abandoned the GOP. Certainly every State is different. But, I have a large family contingent in CA, they are hard core conservative as is the very old very traditional church they attend. They do not associate with any party for political and religious reasons, so they are registered Independents. I have found the opposite to be true the dem-lite folks are GOP.
