I’ve already told my wife that I won’t comply and that if my employer mandates it I’ll leave. I’m not required to share that information per HIPAA anyway so they can pound sand....actually I think they can be fined for asking.....

They can be fined if they force you to reveal personal information AND if you tort your resulting discipline.
