And to say the vaccine isn't mandated is superficially nonsensical. If most major/minor employers REQUIRE a vaccine in order to have employment, while the U.S. Government itself might not be mandating it, will the Gov. allow waivers for those who object? Because otherwise it has the same power as a mandate if all or most employers require a vaccine.
And you know anyone in Education (the biggest whimps) Health Care will be FORCED to take it, or lose jobs. And likely Food Service. There is the largest part of the work force! (Health Care and Service Sectors)
So it is very disingenuous to say it will not be "mandated", when the practical matter of it is, if you don't want to be homeless you HAVE to get the vaccine.
We're probly all boned.
Here is the question that must be answered.
At what point does an employer over ride the protections of the Constitution.
A vaccine does not stay “protective” only in the business location.
Any employer mandate for vaccination extends the “reach” into the employees personal life.
If this were allowed, the employer could claim several privileges, inherent to the work location, as conditions of employment.
To wit, the employer can search your personal belongings /in your home/ without a warrant.
So it is very disingenuous to say it will not be “mandated”, when the practical matter of it is, if you don’t want to be homeless you HAVE to get the vaccine. @@@@@@@
Otherwise known as “the mark of the beast?” Could we just get a tattoo indicating inoculation instead of having to carry around papers? Just hot my first tats for radiation therapy, nothing to it!..............
