For some fans of the Disney+ hit The Mandalorian, the love affair with Baby Yoda is decidedly over.
Fans have gone wild for the character since the show's debut last year, fawning over his cute features.
But following the last week's episode, Baby Yoda's actions have left some viewers absolutely horrified and furious, with some threatening to burn their merch and accusing Baby Yoda of committing genocide.

But Baby Yoda is hungry. And throughout the episode, he tries to eat Frog Lady's eggs. While some of his attempts are thwarted, he does manage to devour some of the eggs.
The episode ends before Frog Lady gets to her husband, so it's unclear if she was successful in getting any eggs fertilized.

Yeah the whole “that’s the end of our line” stuff didn’t make much sense.
I also wondered if he would make a snack out of that tadpole. Baby Yoda was nothing but trouble in that episode, a Dennis the Menace character.
We need to convene the world court and try Baby Yoda for warcrimes.
Frankly - I think we’ve reached peak civilization at this point.
Our culture has gone truly insane.
Were they brown eggs or white eggs? This could be another case of tastist Breakfasts of Injustice in addition to the mere garden variety social misdemeanor of genocide.
Some people need to get lives. The Child is cute as hell and my son and I were laughing about him eating the eggs. I suppose Hollywood would have rather it be aborted fetuses.
It would be perfectly OK if the little runt ate human female eggs.
For crying out loud, it’s a damn TV show. When it finds a legit cure for the common cold people can take notice. Otherwise, do we need to feel the same about chickens or quail? We eat those eggs!

The Mandalorian is the anti-Kathleen Kennedy Star Wars show, so of course the Left hates it. It’s the only thing of worth from Disney Star Wars. Favreau and Filoni can save Star Wars by being giving complete control over it.

Don’t change them. They represent the sperm that fertilizes frog eggs. After all if people are going to worship this stuff, and come up with their cr@p, you need to help them survive.
