About a month after Mr. Obama was elected president in 2008, Mr. Blagojevich, the sitting governor of Illinois, was arrested early one morning at his Chicago home. The accusations were stunning: Prosecutors said Mr. Blagojevich (pronounced bluh-GOY-uh-vich, though plenty of people, even in Illinois, still just call him “Blago”) had not only tried to crassly benefit from making an appointment to Mr. Obama’s vacant Senate seat, but had also sought millions of dollars from people with state business in all sorts of other scenarios. Federal prosecutors said the conduct was so abysmal that it “would make Lincoln roll over in his grave.”

Have to agree with you. Blago knows how the rats make sausage especially in ILL. The same applies in all the democrat controlled states. So yes. He might be one of the keys to destroying the Democrats stealing ways.
Maybe El Blago has some health problems that weren’t being properly treated in custody. His wife lobbied for his release for years. I recall her being just as coarse, profane and outspoken as her husband.
I think he’s putting Blago in position to challenge Senator Tammy Duckworth in 2022’s Senate election in the state. Blago needs to talk about the corruption within the Illinois structure, and how people need to clean up the system.

I heard someone suggest that Trump should have put Blago in charge of overseeing the elections, because he knows all the tricks the Rats use.
He embarrassed the blessed light bringer.
I think the real story is that the New York Times reported this. Watch all the news outlets begin a switch in the coming weeks.
Blagojevich also continues to say he was innocent; I think he believes he was barely within the law. His problem if I remember was bucking some other powerful Democrats who turned on him.

The Democrat Machine and its anointed leader, Barack Obama, wanted Valerie Jarrett for the Senate seat. She probably did more damage to America as Obama’s permanent advisor in the White House.
Its interesting how the Democrat machine, particularly corrupt Mike Madigan and his daughter (who he had installed as AG to protect his legal/political flanks - something Trump should have realized with Sessions) all closed ranks on getting rid of Blago. We still don’t know at least half the story.
