If the seizure is TRUE, it would've been a SPECIAL OPS team that performed it, and that could be just about any branch of our military with the exception of the Coast Guard and Space Force. Could have been a U.S. 'CYBER SECURITY' agency as well.

I don’t think there was any need to get the servers in Germany. Sidney Powell specifically mentioned “Paragon” which purchased Scytl. Also, Trump has known for years about the electronic vote switching. He signed an executive order to have the DHS monitor foreign interference. Trump’s lawyers probably already have everything and are just preparing how to present it to the courts and the public.
